This has been a very busy legislative session for ABE related issues
thus far. Here is a status report to-date:
HF 1484/SF 1213: Authored by Rep. Tim Kelly and Sen Carla Nelson,
this bill made slight modifications to the performance tracking
system to insure compliance with federal The bill has been passed and
